Aymeric de Lhoneux from the European Commission holds a Master in Nuclear Engineering and an Executive Master in Management. He works at the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation, in the fusion sector of the EURATOM Research unit, after several years at the Directorate-General for Energy, for the governance of the ITER project. Prior to joining the Commission he held several roles in the fission sector, in long-term operation of nuclear power plants, safety, licensing and radwaste management.
